Experience with LLM and agent governance, including controlled access to tools and data, traceability, observability, and reusable governance components.\n\n11. Experience setting up, structuring, and continuously maintaining an LLM-optimized wiki or Git-based knowledge base.\n\n12. Proficiency with Git-based workflows for versioned, traceable, and automatable knowledge maintenance, including Markdown, branching, pull requests, reviews, and CI/CD.\n\n13. Experience preparing architecture, governance, and operational knowledge so it can be used automatically by LLMs and AI agents.\nNice-to-haves:\n\n1. Knowledge of the energy industry.\n\n2.
