In many instances we out-compete those ranges for well-qualified candidates.\nJob Summary\nWe're looking for a Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. This is the role that keeps everything moving - coordinating across ecosystem entities, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure commitments are executed, milestones are achieved, and issues are resolved before they impact delivery.\nThis role sits at the intersection of program planning, execution, and coordination. In addition to overseeing active program delivery, the Program Manager helps coordinate new opportunities as they move from proposal and planning through mobilization and kickoff, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged, execution plans are aligned, and critical milestones remain on track.\nEssential Functions\nProgram Execution & Delivery\nDrive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and phase-gate milestones.\nCoordinate activities across ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.\nServe as the primary coordination point between the PMO and teams executing work in the field.\nFacilitate working sessions that keep projects aligned, risks visible, and decisions moving forward.\nMonitor program performance and proactively identify potential impacts to schedule, scope, and delivery.\nMaintain accountability for action items, commitments, and program deliverables.\nProgram Mobilization & Kickoff Coordination\nSupport the transition of new opportunities from proposal development through program kickoff.\nCoordinate across QC Ecosystem entities to align scope, deliverables, staffing plans, schedules, and execution assumptions.\nTrack pre-award, mobilization, and startup milestones to ensure readiness for execution.\nIdentify gaps, risks, and dependencies during planning and mobilization activities.\nFacilitate kickoff planning and ensure successful handoff from business development and proposal teams to delivery teams.\nHelp establish governance structures, communication plans, reporting cadence, and stakeholder alignment before execution begins.\nSchedule, Risk & Issue Management\nMaintain the working program schedule and identify slippage before it becomes a delivery issue.\nMonitor risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints across multiple workstreams.\nDrive issue resolution by assigning ownership, establishing timelines, and following through to completion.\nEscalate risks and challenges to program leadership when appropriate.\nSupport phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments.\nCross-Entity Coordination\nCoordinate activities across multiple QC Ecosystem entities and external partners.\nFacilitate collaboration between technical, operational, commercial, and delivery teams.\nEnsure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.\nSupport communication between leadership teams, project teams, and field personnel.\nProgram Reporting & Governance\nOwn execution-focused program reporting and status updates.\nPartner with Project Controls and Business Analysts to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.\nPrepare weekly and monthly program updates for stakeholders and leadership.\nMaintain program documentation, action logs, risk registers, and decision tracking.\nSupport governance reviews and executive reporting requirements.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProgram milestones are achieved and phase-gate requirements are completed successfully.\nNew opportunities transition smoothly from proposal through mobilization and kickoff.\nScope, staffing plans, schedules, and execution expectations are aligned before delivery begins.\nRisks, issues, and dependencies are identified and addressed before impacting program execution.\nCross-entity teams remain coordinated and accountable throughout the lifecycle of the program.\nStakeholders have clear visibility into program status, priorities, risks, and next steps.\nProgram reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.\nLeadership has confidence that commitments are being tracked, managed, and executed effectively.\nPosition Requirements\n8-10+ years of program or project management experience within:\nData center development\nConstruction\nInfrastructure\nUtilities\nEnergy\nEPC or capital project delivery environments\n\nProven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.\nStrong understanding of:\nProgram execution\nSchedule management\nRisk management\nCross-functional coordination\nPhase-gate and readiness processes\n\nExperience supporting programs from planning, proposal, pre-construction, or mobilization phases through execution and closeout.\nAbility to operate effectively with incomplete information while continuing to drive decisions, accountability, and progress.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across executive, operational, and field-level stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nPMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.\nHyperscale data center programs.\nOwner's Representative environments.\nMulti-vendor program management.\nLarge-scale capital project delivery.\nInfrastructure, utility, or energy programs.\nProgram mobilization, pursuit support, or
