In many instances we out-compete those ranges for well-qualified candidates.\nJob Summary\nQC Servion is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure and data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. This role is responsible for owning individual projects and workstreams from kickoff through closeout while ensuring alignment with broader program objectives, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.\nWe are looking for a project leader with experience supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, capital projects, data centers, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) environments.\nThe Project Manager will work closely with Program Managers, Project Controls, engineering teams, design partners, contractors, vendors, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive execution, maintain visibility into project performance, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.\nEssential Functions\nProject Leadership & Execution\nOwn assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.\nDrive project progress and accountability across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners.\nCoordinate project activities to ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.\nFacilitate project meetings, track action items, and follow through to completion.\nSchedule & Program Integration\nBuild and maintain project-level schedules aligned to the broader program master schedule.\nMonitor project dependencies and identify impacts to adjacent workstreams.\nSupport integration of project schedules into the overall program plan.\nEscalate schedule risks and conflicts proactively while recommending mitigation strategies.\nStakeholder & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate activities across engineering, design, construction, infrastructure, and operational stakeholders.\nManage communication between project teams, vendors, consultants, and leadership.\nEnsure all parties understand scope, responsibilities, milestones, and expectations.\nSupport cross-functional collaboration across the QC Ecosystem and external delivery partners.\nProject Controls & Reporting\nTrack project budgets, scope, schedules, risks, issues, and progress.\nMaintain accurate project documentation including meeting notes, decision logs, change requests, and status reports.\nProvide regular project updates and executive-ready reporting to Program Leadership.\nContribute to phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments.\nRisk Management & Problem Solving\nIdentify project-level risks, constraints, and issues early.\nDrive resolution through collaboration and ownership.\nDevelop mitigation plans and corrective actions when needed.\nEscalate issues appropriately while ensuring accountability remains clear.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nProjects remain aligned with program milestones and strategic objectives.\nRisks and issues are identified and resolved before impacting delivery.\nStakeholders have clear visibility into project status, priorities, and next steps.\nDocumentation and reporting are accurate, current, and decision-ready.\nEngineering, design, vendors, and project teams remain coordinated and accountable.\nWorkstreams are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with minimal leadership intervention.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor's degree preferred; PMP or similar credential a plus.\n3-6+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering, capital projects, utilities, manufacturing, data centers, or EPC environments.\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage a defined scope of work from start to finish.\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.\nStrong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies, risk management, and project execution.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience maintaining project documentation and status reporting.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nData center development, construction, commissioning, or infrastructure experience.\nExperience within EPC, engineering consulting, owner’s representative, or capital project delivery environments.\nExposure to large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, energy, utility, or industrial projects.\nExperience supporting multiple projects within a larger program structure.\nPMP or similar project management certification.\nPhysical Demands\nThe following physical demands must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
