Responsibilities

• Research and source potential partners, leads, and event opportunities through online research and scraping
• Support outreach coordination, lead follow-up, and internal handoffs
• Assist in qualifying and nurturing partnership leads
• Support event planning, event-day coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentation materials
• Leverage AI tools to support research, content drafting, data synthesis and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for research, summarisation, and presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently, with an adaptable approach and willingness to learn
