AI Deployment Manager - Ireland, Dublin - Initial 4-Month Contract - Life Sciences Are you looking for the chance to support a life changing pharmaceutical organisation in their mission to continuously drive innovation? We are recruiting for an AI Deployment Manager to support a project in Dublin on an initial 12-month contract. What you’ll deliver:

Manage the pilot and deployment of AI-enabled solutions to support the creation of first drafts for strategic story decks, congress updates, and other priority content deliverables.Assess AI, automation, and generative AI tools, identifying priority use cases, and evaluating opportunities to improve content quality, speed, efficiency, and scalability.Develop modular content strategies and reusable content architectures, including approved content blocks, claims management approaches, and content reuse frameworks.Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end content supply chain efficiency through automation, standardisation, and responsible AI adoption.

Experience required:

Experience in content operations, content supply chain management, digital transformation, or AI-enabled workflow implementation within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organisations.Proven experience evaluating, implementing, or managing AI, automation, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of content modularisation, content reuse frameworks, localisation processes, translation workflows, and content governance principles.Knowledge of medical communications, scientific content development, approval workflows, and regulated content processes would be advantageous.
