Act as the client's site-based construction representative and primary construction leadership presence on the project.Oversee, manage and constructively challenge the appointed Construction Management (CM) contractor to ensure effective project delivery.Drive programme recovery efforts, identifying and implementing opportunities to mitigate delays and reduce schedule slippage.Ensure issues, constraints and risks are identified, communicated and escalated rapidly to prevent impact to project objectives.Facilitate rapid problem-solving, decision-making and implementation of corrective actions.
Experience required:
Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory).Extensive experience in capital project construction delivery.Extensive experience delivering large capital construction projects.Strong client-side / owner's representative experience.Experience managing Construction Management delivery models.
