Lead and oversee all construction and installation activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process equipment workstreams.Manage contractors and subcontractors, driving construction planning, coordination, site logistics, quality performance, and interface resolution throughout project execution.Ensure construction quality requirements are met, including inspection and testing plans, as-built documentation, turnover packages, and Mechanical Completion activities.Support project delivery from early planning through final handover, including constructability reviews, permitting activities, stakeholder engagement, and transition to site operations.
Experience required:
Proven experience managing large-scale pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated construction projects, ideally within a greenfield environment.Strong background in contractor and subcontractor management, including construction planning, coordination, sequencing, and interface management.Demonstrated SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) leadership, with a track record of delivering projects safely and in compliance with site and regulatory requirements.Experience leading Mechanical Completion, turnover, and handover activities, including walkdowns, punch lists, as-built documentation, and operational readiness.
