CSA Quantity Surveyor - Frankfurt, Germany - Contract or Permanent - Data Centres Are you a CSA Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support a leading high-tech facilities provider based in Frankfurt. Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as a CSA Quantity Surveyor. What you’ll deliver:

Manage commercial and cost aspects of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works.Prepare quantity take-offs, BoQs, and cost estimates.Review and value subcontractor applications and invoices.Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts.Manage variations, change orders, and claims.

Experience required:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.Extensive quantity surveying experience on major construction projects.Strong knowledge of CSA construction works.Experience with contract administration (FIDIC, NEC, JCT or similar).Good understanding of cost control, valuation, and change management.
