Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth. With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide - and this is your opportunity to be involved! What you’ll deliver:

Execute the full CSV lifecycle, including Risk Assessments, Traceability Matrices, IQ, OQ, PQ, validation protocols, and final validation reports for PLC and SCADA systems.Qualify PLCs, I/O systems, HMI terminals, SCADA servers, workstations, industrial networks, switches, and virtualized environments, ensuring compliance within GMP-regulated facilities.Validate PLC control logic (Ladder Logic, FBD, Structured Text, and SFC) as well as SCADA functionality including HMI graphics, alarm management, historian integration, audit trails, security controls, and electronic signatures.Execute IQ/OQ, support FAT/SAT activities, manage deviations and change controls, verify data integrity controls, and collaborate with Automation, CQV, Quality, IT, Manufacturing, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required:

Extensive CSV and validation experience within regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environments.Proven experience qualifying PLC, SCADA, HMI, and network infrastructure, with strong understanding of industrial automation systems and software validation.Strong knowledge of GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GMP requirements, and Data Integrity principles including audit trails, electronic signatures, and access management.Demonstrated experience developing and executing validation documentation, ensuring end-to-end traceability from URS through testing, supporting FAT/SAT activities, and working effectively with cross-functional project teams and vendors.
