What you’ll deliver:Provide Level 3 support for enterprise devices, desktop technologies and business-critical applications, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.Support large-scale device migration and workplace modernisation programmes, including application readiness, compatibility testing, deployment activities and migration cutovers.Investigate root causes of application, endpoint and infrastructure-related issues, working collaboratively with networking, infrastructure, deployment and security teams to deliver technical solutions.Coordinate application testing, user acceptance testing, vendor engagement and technical documentation activities while ensuring compliance with organisational security and operational standards.\nExperience required:\nProven experience providing Level 3 EUC and application support within large enterprise environments, with strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and root cause analysis capabilities.Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager, Citrix and/or VDI environments, application packaging and software deployment technologies.Previous involvement in large-scale IT migration, digital transformation or workplace modernisation programmes, preferably within complex and highly regulated environments.Experience operating within ITIL-driven service environments, with excellent stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
