This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional in the data centre sector to advance their career within a globally recognised environment.What you’ll do:Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, cooling systems, fire systems and BMS.Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all mission-critical systems through robust operational management.Manage incident response, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.Lead and develop teams of facility engineers, technicians and contractors while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.\nWhat you’ll need:\nStrong data centre experience within large-scale facilities, ideally hyperscale or AI-focused environments.Mechanical or Electrical background with strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems.Experience leading operations teams within a mission-critical or 24/7 operational environment.Ideally Finnish or experienced working in Finland, with knowledge of local regulations, utility providers and compliance requirements.\nReady for your next project?
