What you’ll do:Lead the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects, including feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.Manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure delivery against scope, budget, quality, and programme objectives.Prepare and present project governance documentation, board papers, investment approvals, and executive-level progress reports.Drive stakeholder engagement across engineering, commercial, operational, and customer teams while managing project risks, compliance, and sustainability requirements.\nWhat you’ll need:\nProven experience delivering large-scale, M&E-intensive construction projects within data centres or other mission-critical environments.
