Project Manager - Operational Readiness - France - Initial 12-Month Contract - Life Sciences Support a globally recognised pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation at an exciting stage of growth. With significant investment being made into site expansion and production capabilities, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of life-changing therapies while supporting the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Metz on a 12-month contract. What you’ll deliver:

Lead operational readiness for a new GMP manufacturing area.Track and drive closure of all readiness actions.Ensure equipment, procedures and operators are ready for production.Support handover from project phase into routine operations.

Experience required:

Experience revamping new sites - launching and standardisingExperience creating systems to pass to operational teamProduction or Manufacturing engineering backgroundExperience getting new equipment into routine use by manufacturing teams.Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
