The work involves translating system-level needs into clear, testable requirements, maintaining high-quality specifications, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.\n\n What you will do\n\n Gather, analyze and refine software requirements based on product needs, stakeholder input and applicable standards.\n\nTranslate system-level concepts into detailed, testable software component requirements.\n\nDefine acceptance criteria and relevant non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability and security.\n\nMaintain end-to-end traceability between requirements, design, implementation and testing.\n\nCreate and update requirement specifications using tools such as Polarion.\n\nCollaborate with system engineers, architects, developers and test engineers to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.\n\nSupport test teams by contributing to requirement-based test coverage and validation strategies.\n\n What we are looking for\n\n Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and requirements engineering methodologies.\n\nHands-on experience with requirements management tools such as Polarion, Jira or IBM DOORS.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nEffective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.\n\nFluency in English (spoken and written).\n\n Nice to have\n\n Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java) for better technical understanding.\n\n What we offer\n\n We believe great work starts with feeling supported and having space to grow.
