Introduction My client based in Cape Town, Constantia is currently looking for a BI Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. IT / FINANCE Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business and reporting requirements from stakeholders. Design, develop and maintain end-to-end BI solutions across the full technology stack. Build and maintain robust ETL processes to extract, transform and load data from multiple source systems. Develop and enhance data warehouse solutions to support reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Create and maintain a centralised, trusted source of business data. Design relational and dimensional data models that support reporting and analytics requirements. Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations that provide meaningful business insights. Analyse data trends and identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across BI platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and sustainable BI solutions. Provide mentorship, guidance
