# Network Operations Manager

My client based in Bryanston is currently looking for a Network Operations Shift Manager to join their team on a contract basis. IT / FINANCE Responsibilities Oversee 24/7/365 monitoring of tower power systems, passive infrastructure and environmental alarms. Monitor, identify, investigate and escalate outages, theft incidents, generator faults and power failures. Lead P1/P2 incident responses and act as Incident Commander during major service-impacting incidents. Ensure accurate incident logging, ticket creation, prioritisation and escalation in line with SLA requirements. Provide Tier 2 technical support and diagnose escalated power and infrastructure-related issues. Coordinate shift teams, including shift planning, rosters, leave schedules and resource allocation. Ensure effective shift handovers and clear communication of outstanding incidents and operational issues. Work closely with field teams, energy service partners, TowerCo's and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution. Manage stakeholder communication during incidents, including MNO customers and internal teams. Ensure compliance with NOC standard operating procedures (SOPs), change controls, maintenance windows
