My client based in Cape Town is currently looking for a SAP Development and Integration Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. IT / FINANCE Responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP Development and Integration team. Set individual and team objectives aligned with IT strategy and SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) goals. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, development discussions and succession planning. Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Support employee engagement, wellbeing, retention and technical skills development. Lead SAP development, integration, extension and automation across the hybrid SAP landscape. Oversee development and integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP and related platforms. Guide technical decisions between standard SAP configuration, released APIs, side-by-side extensions and approved integration patterns. Drive the modernisation of custom code, integrations and extensions in line with clean-core principles. Promote the use of SAP Integration Suite, API-led integration and event-driven architecture.
