Introduction System Analyst – Contract – Hybrid We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join a delivery-focused technology team within a leading financial services organisation. This is a 12-month contract role based in Cape Town, offering an opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting digital and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, systems-oriented professional who can analyse business and technical requirements, understand system dependencies and integrations, and translate requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Systems Analysis & Requirements Analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. Analyse existing systems, applications and processes to identify gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities. Define system functionality, business rules, data requirements and integration requirements. Work closely with developers, architects, product owners and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and
