The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of quality assurance experience, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce testing, and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and Agile practices.\nThe candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing automated test scripts, validating Salesforce configurations and integrations, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of business applications.\nThis is a hybrid position based in either Cedar Rapids, Iowa, or Dallas, Texas.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using AccelQ.\n\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nTest Salesforce applications, including configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.\n\nIdentify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\nAnalyze test results, document findings, and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation frameworks.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Functional Test Automation.\n\nPractical experience with AccelQ test automation.\n\nExperience testing Salesforce applications, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.\n\nStrong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect life cycle, and testing methodologies.\n\nExperience performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.\n\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and defect-tracking tools.\n\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.\n\nMust be authorized to work in the United States.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce and/or AccelQ certifications.\n\nExperience in the financial services domain.\n\nKnowledge of equipment financing or equipment leasing
