Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Developer at Qentelli, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical designs. Your day-to-day will involve building custom applications, optimizing existing workflows, and ensuring the integrity and security of the Salesforce ecosystem to drive superior user experiences and operational efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet specific business requirements and improve process automation.
- Implement complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process synchronization across the enterprise.
- Enforce Salesforce security best practices, including profile management, permission sets, and sharing rules, to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical architects and project managers to perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and engineering excellence within the team.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced Apex classes, triggers, and controllers to support complex business logic.
- Proven ability to build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including field-level security, organization-wide defaults, and role hierarchies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
- Possession of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 6 - 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
