The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing effective solutions, and supporting the implementation and integration of OpenText VIM with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. The role requires strong knowledge of SAP Workflow, DP Document Types, Process Types, ArchiveLink, and OCR integration with IES (IC4S), along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, configure, implement, and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions in SAP environments.\n\n- Participate in and lead end-to-end OpenText VIM implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.\n\n- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical solutions.\n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand Accounts Payable (AP) processes and optimize invoice processing workflows.\n\n- Configure and support VIM components, including :\n\n1. DP Document Types\n\n2. Process Types\n\n3. SAP Workflow\n\n4. ArchiveLink\n\n5. OCR integration\n\n6. IES (IC4S) integration\n\n- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between OpenText VIM and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.\n\n- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance invoice automation and operational efficiency.\n\n- Prepare functional and technical documentation, configuration documents, and process flows as required.\n\n- Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for VIM-related incidents and enhancements.\n\n- Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with OpenText VIM in an SAP environment.\n\n- Proven experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end OpenText VIM implementations.\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes and invoice management.\n\n- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SAP Workflow, DP Document Types, Process Types, and ArchiveLink configurations.\n\n- Experience with OCR integration and IES (IC4S).\n\n- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\n- Strong analytical,
