in Dallas, TX, five days per week.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply software engineering principles, techniques, and best practices to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software products.\n\nDevelop new features, enhance existing functionality, and resolve software defects.\n\nPerform code debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.\n\nEvaluate new features and technical solutions to determine their suitability for strategic and tactical business requirements.\n\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve planned and unplanned production issues in coordination with engineering and business teams.\n\nSupport application maintenance, operational activities, and ongoing production environments.\n\nMonitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to system stability and efficiency.\n\nDocument and implement change control procedures and best practices for system configuration, development, testing, maintenance, and data integrity.\n\nCollaborate with other software engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to design and deliver new features and enhancements.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve development workflows, engineering processes, and operational efficiency.\n\nApply modern software development practices, design patterns, and coding standards.\n\nDevelop and improve automation to reduce manual processes and streamline software delivery.\n\nFollow version control, code review, testing, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong knowledge of software development principles, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.\n\nProficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go, or similar.\n\nKnowledge of modern software development frameworks, libraries, and platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect management methodologies.\n\nExperience using version control systems, particularly Git.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated software build, test, and deployment processes.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot application issues and support production environments.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n\nEffective communication and collaboration skills when working with engineering teams and business stakeholders.\n\nAbility to manage development tasks, defect fixes, and operational support activities.\n\nWillingness to work onsite in Dallas, TX, five days per week.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise application development and software maintenance.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative development workflows.\n\nExperience with automated testing, code quality tools, and continuous integration practices.\n\nKnowledge of application performance monitoring, production support, and incident resolution.\n\nExperience identifying opportunities for process optimization and engineering automation.\n\nUnderstanding of
