Delivery & Leadership:\n\n- Lead large-scale enterprise implementations and multiple Agile teams / Agile Release Trains (ARTs).\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, quality, risk management, and timelines.\n\n- Drive hands-on involvement in solution design, architecture reviews, and critical technical decisions.\n\n- Mentor Engineering Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to build high-performing delivery teams.\n\n- Ensure consistent delivery outcomes across distributed and offshore teams.\n\n2. Technology & Architecture:\n\n- Provide technical leadership across:\n\n1. Cloud platforms (AWS - ECS, Lambda, S3, and related services)\n\n2. .NET Full Stack development with Angular front-end\n\n3. Microservices and cloud-native architectures\n\n- Review and guide application architecture, performance, scalability, and security.\n\n- Lead adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, automation, and CI/CD.\n\n3. DevOps & Engineering Excellence:\n\n- Oversee CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.\n\n- Drive DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and automation tools.\n\n- Promote engineering standards, code quality, and continuous improvement.\n\n4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:\n\n- Act as a technology and delivery advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.\n\n- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and leadership audiences.\n\n- Partner with product, business, and operations teams to align technology outcomes with business goals.\n\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\n1. Leadership:\n\n- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs.\n\n- Strong background in Agile delivery leadership (ARTs, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe preferred).\n\n- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale distributed engineering teams.\n\n2. Technical Expertise:\n\n- AWS Cloud: ECS, Lambda, S3 (hands-on or strong architectural leadership required).\n\n- .NET Full Stack with Angular.\n\n- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\n\n- Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems.\n\n3. Tools & Platforms:\n\n- Azure DevOps (ADO).\n\n- Jira / ADO Boards.\n\n- GitHub & GitHub Copilot.\n\n- CI/CD and automation toolchains.\n\n4.
