In this role, you will translate corporate strategy into practical support for local needs and key accounts, identify market trends, and recommend action plans. You will also coach team members, strengthen daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement. The position is full-time, follows a hybrid arrangement of two days onsite and three days working from home, and may involve approximately 10% travel for training.\nYour tasks include\nGuide the Sales Coordination team in supporting sales targets across products and assigned business objectives.\nTranslate corporate strategy into practical actions that address local requirements and the needs of defined key accounts.\nMonitor market trends, evaluate their potential impact and recommend appropriate action plans.\nCoordinate daily Sales department activities, review work and support the development of junior team members.\nCoach and mentor team members, promoting consistent ways of working and ongoing capability development.\nMaintain forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, customer satisfaction and timely, compliant reporting.\nCarry out relevant leadership and workplace responsibilities in line with applicable company requirements.\nYour profile\nYou hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nYou have hands-on Sales Coordination experience in any industry, including 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.\nYou have experience leading a team of approximately 8 to 11 people; supervisory experience is essential for this role.\nYou are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and productivity.\nExperience with Salesforce, SAP or Microsoft Power Apps is preferred but not required.\nYou apply critical thinking and analytical skills to make sound decisions and improve processes.\nYou communicate clearly, build effective business partnerships and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your work.\nWhat we offer\nBonus/Commission\n\nLocal benefits\n\nReferral Program\n\nVolunteer Day\n\nInternal Academy (QIALearn)\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
