The role spans marketing, customer, portfolio and commercial analytics, dashboarding, data automation, and the further development of our data products.\nDepending on your strengths, experience and QIAGEN’s business needs, your focus may be more analytical, more technical, or a combination of both.\nYour Responsibilities\nDeliver analytics and insights across marketing activities, customer segments, product portfolios, and digital channels to support data-based business decisions\n\nBuild dashboards and reports, that enable efficient self-service analytics for marketing and commercial teams\n\nSupport data processes, automation, and analytics engineering by using SQL and, Python to transform, automate, and optimize data workflows, ETL processes, and analytical datasets\n\nContribute to key projects by building, maintaining or enhancing our data products, such as our contact DataMart, turning data into business value\n\nSupport campaign and marketing operations by contributing to campaign setup, audience selection, and lead processing\n\nYour Profile\nUniversity degree, or final-year student, in data analytics, business, economics, marketing, computer science, mathematics, engineering, sciences or a related field, Master’s degree preferred\n\n1+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, data automation, reporting, or a related area\n\nGood SQL skills; Python experience for automation, data processing, validation, or analytics workflows\n\nGood understanding of data models, KPIs, reporting logic, analytical datasets, and how data supports business decision-making\n\nExperience with dashboarding tools, especially Power BI, CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus\n\nStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment\n\nVery good English skills, written and spoken.\n\nWhat we offer\nPrivate medical care\n\nGroup Life Insurance\n\nMultisport card\n\nFlexible benefits platform\n\nLanguage classes\n\nPension Scheme (PPE) after 12 months\n\nChildcare subsidy\n\nTraining and development programs\n\nHappy Monday (snacks provided)\n\nAttractive location (Sky Tower)\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
