In this temporary position, you will work closely with Research and Development, Product Management, Design, Quality, and Marketing stakeholders to develop and maintain product literature. The contract is expected to run for six to twelve months, with work performed on an EU or mid-shift schedule. Two positions are available.\nYour tasks include\nYou create, edit, format, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, instructions for use, quick-reference guides, product literature, and online help materials.\nYou gather, analyze, and validate technical information in close collaboration with subject-matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYou plan, schedule, and track documentation activities to support product release dates and agreed deliverables.\nYou coordinate document review and approval activities through the Quality Management System.\nYou review existing documentation to improve its accuracy, usability, consistency, readability, and alignment with applicable quality requirements.\nYou support document lifecycle activities, including version control, publishing, template maintenance, and archival processes.\nDepending on your experience, you lead complex documentation projects, manage stakeholder expectations, improve content standards, and provide guidance to less-experienced writers.\nYour profile\nYou hold a bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.\nYou bring at least two years of experience in technical writing, copy editing, content development, documentation management, or a comparable role.
