You work hands-on with data, systems and stakeholders to build automated solutions, improve analytical capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making. You contribute directly to creating and optimizing BW models, ETLs, dashboards and advanced analytics while ensuring high standards of data quality and governance.\nYour tasks include\nManaging automation projects end-to-end - from collecting business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, conducting data analysis to delivering advanced, scalable solutions.\nCreating, maintaining and optimizing dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights.\nDesigning, developing and maintaining ETL processes to ensure reliable data flows.\nMonitoring system processes, chains, jobs and logs to maintain optimal system performance.\nManaging user roles, permissions and authorizations in line with data governance standards.\nSupporting Month-End Closing activities with timely and accurate data preparation.\nYour profile\nA degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar data-focused position.\nExperience with ETL development and scripting for data integration and automation.\nKnowledge of Qlik Sense and/or SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI is an advantage.\nSQL experience would be a plus.\nVery good command of English; German is an asset.\nStrong communication skills combined with a customer-oriented mindset.\nWhat we offer\nPrivate medical care\n\nGroup Life Insurance\n\nMultisport card\n\nFlexible benefits platform\n\nLanguage classes\n\nPension Scheme (PPE) after 12 months\n\nChildcare subsidy\n\nTraining and development programs\n\nHappy Monday (snacks provided)\n\nAttractive location (Sky Tower)\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
