This includes managing Sales Contracts, updating Salesforce (SFDC), reporting, tracking, and providing administrative assistance. Your duties include:\nChecking inventory and documenting all signed QIAGEN Sales Contracts (both within and outside of SFDC)\nResearching and analyzing statutes, agreements, and terms and conditions of sales contracts, then providing written reports to the manager and stakeholders\nGaining a clear understanding of contracts, and if necessary, interviewing sales teams or relevant contacts about the sales contracts you're working on\nOrganizing, retrieving, and preparing sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and any other pertinent documents to fill in missing data and code it in SFDC\nEntering and cleaning sales contract data in SFDC\nEnsuring pricing schedules are accurate and follow established SOPs\nCollaborating with relevant parties as needed\nCoordinating with the legal team for advice on specific terms in sales contracts, when required\nUpdating and maintaining SFDC based on business needs\nCreating reports from SFDC and/or SAP\nPerforming any other related tasks as assigned\nPrepares compliance reports (Excel proficient).\nWhat we offer\nBonus/Commission\n\nLocal benefits\n\nReferral Program\n\nVolunteer Day\n\nInternal Academy (QIALearn)\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
