Join our R&D team in Barcelona and develop firmware for next-generation IVD instruments. Your work will enable precise biological assays and improve patient outcomes worldwide.\nThis is an onsite based role in Barcelona, Spain.\n Your Tasks\nDesign, implement, and maintain embedded firmware (C/C++) for hardware subsystems.\n\nDevelop low-level drivers, control loops, and real-time components for microcontrollers.\n\nWork hands-on with prototype instruments and laboratory tools.\n\nTranslate product requirements into detailed firmware specifications.\n\nCreate manufacturing tests, calibration routines, and service diagnostics.\n\nEnsure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nCollaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams.\n\nYour Profile\nMaster’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Automation) or Physics.\n\nExperience in scientific or industrial instrumentation, preferably regulated environments.\n\nStrong programming skills (Python, C, C++).\n\nKnowledge of AI/ML and data processing is a plus.\n\nAdvance level of English, both written and spoken (required).\n\nWhat we offer\nMealvoucher\n\nHealth Insurance (conditional to your role)\n\nBonus/Commission\n\nReferralProgram\n\nEmployeeAssitanceProgram\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
