You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring continued usage, and identifying opportunities for growth. This position focuses on customers in the USA and involves close collaboration with Customer Solution Managers and Application Scientists.\nThis is an hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day at home) based São Paulo. Please send your CV in English!\nYour tasks include\nBuild and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs, ensure solution usage, and identify expansion opportunities.\n\nManage the entire renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate renewals with a high close rate.\n\nNegotiate renewal terms, pricing, and contracts confidently.\n\nProactively reach out to customers before renewal dates to discuss experiences, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services.\n\nAnalyze customer usage data and feedback to uncover renewal and expansion opportunities.\n\nCollaborate in a team-centric environment to achieve both individual and team revenue goals.\n\nYour profile\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).\n\nMinimum 3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, ideally with Academic, Biotech, or Pharma customers.\n\nStrong ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.\n\nDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.\n\nSkilled in negotiating contract terms and pricing.\n\nWillingness to work North America shift and engage customers via phone daily.\n\nFluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).\n\nWhat we offer\nHealth Insurance\n\nDental Insurance\n\nMealVoucher\n\nGroceriesVoucher\n\nBonus/Commission\n\nLife Insurance\n\nGym-pass\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
