Working under the guidance of the Document Control team, you will review supplier documentation and develop internal specifications to support quality and manufacturing processes.\nYour Tasks\nReview supplier documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).\nCreate material specifications using company templates.\nOrganize and track specification data in Excel.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to verify specification content.\nSupport document review and implementation within the document management system.\nIdentify opportunities to standardize requirements across similar materials.\nYour profile\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related STEM field.\nBasic Chemistry/Biology Knowledge: Understanding of purity levels, chemical grades (e.g., USP, ACS, EP), and biological properties (e.g., endotoxin levels, sterility).\nResearch Skills: Ability to cross-reference supplier documentation, internal manufacturing needs, and regulatory standards.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.\nAbility to interpret technical documentation.\nEffective written communication and technical writing skills.\nThe typical hourly rate for this position is $20/hour.
