You will become part of a highly skilled and collaborative team of Laboratory Engineers and Laboratory Assistants, where expertise, continuous learning, and teamwork are highly valued. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced analytical technologies, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of products that meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.\nYour tasks:\nPerform quality control analysis of oligonucleotide products using Mass Spectrometry (MS), HPLC, and UPLC techniques.\nEnsure laboratory activities and associated documentation comply with GMP requirements and quality standards.\nDrive LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the team to enhance efficiency and quality.\nSupport method development, optimisation, validation, and troubleshooting activities for Mass Spectrometry instrumentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve analytical and quality-related challenges.\nSupport the training and onboarding of team members on analytical methods, equipment, and laboratory procedures.\nContribute to a safe laboratory environment through adherence to chemical handling and safety regulations.\nYour profile:\nPlease submit your application in English\nUniversity degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.\nHands-on experience working with Mass Spectrometry (MS) is mandatory and considered an essential requirement for this position.\nProven practical laboratory experience in analytical testing and quality control. \nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong attention to detail with a structured and flexible approach and a commitment to quality standards.\nAbility to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge and practical experience with HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and UPLC (Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography).\nExperience working with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS).\nFamiliarity with analytical method development, validation, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with GMP-regulated environments; experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat we offer\nExtra pensionsförmån\n\nHälsobidrag (2500 kr/år)\n\nVolontärens dag\n\nMöjlighet att gå med i interna QIAGEN-gemenskaper\n\nPrestationsrelaterad bonus\n\nHybridarbete (villkorat av din roll)\n\nVårt folk är hjärtat i allt vi gör.
