You will support positive relationships with customers, business partners, and internal departments while contributing to accurate order and invoice processing.\nYour tasks include\nProcessing customer orders using SAP\nCommunicating with customers via phone, email, and chat and maintaining positive customer relationships through Salesforce\nBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with business partners and colleagues across other departments\nEnsuring invoice accuracy and correcting discrepancies using SAP and e-invoicing systems\nYour profile\nCommunicating effectively in English, both written and spoken\nHaving a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nBringing a customer-centric approach to your daily work\nDemonstrating a proactive mindset and a problem-solving attitude\nHaving knowledge of SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage\nHaving knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system would be a plus\n Openness to work under contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for 1 year\nAvailability to work minimum 30 hours per week\nㅤ\nAbout QIAGEN\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
