In this position, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, payroll providers, and colleagues across global QIAGEN locations to deliver high-quality payroll services. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic multinational environment and is driven by continuous improvement and process optimization.\nYour tasks include\nExecute day-to-day payroll operations and related activities for assigned countries and markets while maintaining high service standards.\nPrepare, validate, and reconcile payroll-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nCoordinate payroll deliverables with internal teams in QIAGEN Manila, international QIAGEN offices, and external payroll providers.\nEnsure the timely completion of payroll processing activities, including approvals, validations, and milestone tracking.\nSupport payroll accounting activities, including reconciliations, audits, and reporting requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes, enhance efficiency, and support automation initiatives.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and contribute to compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\n2-3 years of experience in a multinational payroll and/or finance environment, preferably supporting multiple countries.\nStrong payroll processing knowledge, particularly in supporting global payroll operations.\nExperience in payroll accounting, including reconciliations and audit support.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.\nExperience with ADP, Workday, and/or SAP is an advantage.\nWilling to work in a mid-shift (EMEA) schedule within a hybrid work setup\nWhat we offer\nBonus/Commission\n\nLocal benefits\n\nReferral Program\n\nVolunteer Day\n\nInternal Academy (QIALearn)\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
