In this 12-month agency position, you will coordinate quotations, orders, contracts, customer inquiries, and commercial data while collaborating with Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Service teams. You will work a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule in a hybrid arrangement, with onsite work required during the first three to six months. The contract may be extended.\nYour tasks include\nYou prepare customer quotations, process purchase orders, and follow up on product deliveries.\nYou prepare, maintain, and track sales contracts, agreements, renewals, and related documentation.\nYou coordinate customer questions with the appropriate technical and commercial teams.\nYou maintain accurate sales, pricing, customer, and contract information in SAP and Salesforce.\nYou use Excel and other available systems to prepare reports and support data analysis.\nYou collaborate with Sales, Technical, Legal, Finance, and Service colleagues to support daily commercial activities.\nYour profile\nYou have strong Excel skills and can organize, analyze, and present commercial information accurately.\nYou are proficient in SAP and Salesforce, or have relevant experience using comparable enterprise systems.\nYou demonstrate strong analytical and research skills.\nYou can maintain clear, accurate, and well-organized records and documentation.\nYou communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYou work independently, manage priorities effectively, and take a practical approach to resolving problems.\nWhat we offer\nBonus/Commission\n\nLocal benefits\n\nReferral Program\n\nVolunteer Day\n\nInternal Academy (QIALearn)\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nHybrid work (conditional to your role)\n\nOur people are the heartbeat of everything we do.
