You will lead and support capital projects, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, and identify process improvements while working collaboratively across teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and contributing to continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.\nYour tasks include\nImplement, qualify, and maintain automation solutions for manufacturing operations.\nLead and support capital equipment projects from planning through execution.\nTroubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.\nDrive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, capacity, quality, and cost reduction.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment, process, and product development activities.\nEnsure compliance with GMP requirements, validation standards, and documentation practices.\nProvide technical expertise, training, and support for manufacturing processes and equipment.\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.\n5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or process engineering.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.\nHands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and process optimization.\nKnowledge of automation technologies such as PLCs, vision systems, or industrial controls is preferred.\nExperience with GMP validation, technical writing, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), design reviews, or CAD is advantageous.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.\nThe estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
