Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis
Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to transforming the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking an experienced and analytical professional for the position of Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis. In this essential role, you will contribute to our financial strategy by supporting planning processes and delivering actionable insights that guide the company's decision-making.
As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive financial plans, conducting forecasting processes, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure that Qiddiya is on track to meet its objectives. This includes collaborating closely with various teams to ensure financial alignment and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial targets align with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate monthly and quarterly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to provide clarity on financial performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans that support business operations and strategic priorities.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long-term financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and practices to enhance Qiddiya’s financial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar field, ideally within large-scale projects or the entertainment sector
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
