Senior Specialist - Real Estate Strategy
Overview:
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly analytical Senior Specialist - Real Estate Strategy to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across its real estate portfolio. This role will play a key part in delivering market intelligence, commercial assessments, and strategic analysis to inform investment decisions, business cases, and portfolio planning, contributing to the successful development of one of the world's most ambitious destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Commercial Intelligence
- Support market assessments, demand forecasting, supply analysis, and competitive benchmarking across target sectors.
- Analyze demographic, economic, consumer, and real estate market data to identify opportunities, potential risks, and emerging trends.
- Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and commercial evaluations for new developments, products, and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Execution & Reporting
- Assist in the delivery of market studies, strategic planning initiatives, asset reviews, and portfolio assessments.
- Gather, structure, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making.
- Support the development of analytical frameworks, models, and presentations to assess strategic options and investment priorities.
Real Estate Strategy & Analytics
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support real estate strategy development across residential, retail, and commercial asset classes.
- Assess asset positioning, development mix, phasing approaches, and market opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Support scenario planning and strategic evaluations to help inform development, investment, and portfolio decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, real estate, investment, research, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data, develop insights, and support decision-making.
