Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.\n Customer Communication\n- Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing services, scope, pricing, and turnaround time.\n- Provide professional consultation to help clients choose appropriate testing standards and methods.\nJob Location: Cat Lai Ward:\n- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding test progress and report status.\nQuotation & Order Handling\n- Prepare and send quotations based on customer requirements and applicable testing standards.\n- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.\n- Process service orders in the system and ensure accurate documentation.\nSample Coordination\n- Coordinate with customers for sample submission, shipping, and documentation.\n- Check sample information and ensure proper registration in the system.\n- Test Assign based on the client’s requirements.\n- Work closely with laboratory teams to schedule testing and prioritize urgent samples.\nProject Tracking\n- Monitor testing progress and ensure timelines are met.\n- Inform customers proactively about delays, issues, or additional requirements.\nCustomer Relationship Management\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.\n- Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and escalate when necessary.\n- Support sales teams in maintaining key accounts.\nDocumentation & Compliance\n- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, test requests, reports, invoices.\n- Ensure all processes follow internal quality procedures and relevant standards.\nHandle ad-hoc assignment as required.\n Diploma/degree holder in any discipline (though Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline will be a plus).\nAt least 1 year of working experience in testing, inspection, certification (TIC) industry.\nwelcome fresh grad.\nGood command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nGood coordination and multitasking ability.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nSelf-initiated, independent and a good team player.\n Please send your CV to \nBecause our differences make the difference, at QIMA we are proud to promote inclusive diversity and equal opportunities!
