Support DevOps / Infrastructure Operations execution for production systems,\nincluding release support, deployment automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and\nrecurring operational tasks.\n2. Maintain and improve infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, following\nthe team’s existing standards, review process, and git branching model.\n3. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools, mainly using Shell and Python,\nto improve deployment, update, monitoring, and operational efficiency.\n4. Support AWS / Azure cloud operations, including infrastructure changes, access /\nconfiguration updates, reliability improvements, and cost / performance optimization\nfollow-up.\n5. Operate and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes-based production environments,\nincluding deployment issues, workload health, scaling, rollback, and incident\nsupport.\n6. Participate in production incident diagnosis, root cause analysis, post-incident\nfollow-up, and preventive improvement actions.\n7. Support observability practices using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK,\nincluding monitoring coverage, alert quality, dashboard improvement, and log\nanalysis.\n8. Prepare and maintain runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and handover\nmaterials to ensure operational continuity.\n9. Work closely with the existing DevOps / Infrastructure owner for priority\nalignment, architecture review, production change planning, and stakeholder\ncommunication.\nTechnical requirements:\n1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field,\nor equivalent practical experience.\n2. 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, distributed\nsystems, or cloud migration.\n3. Strong Linux operation and troubleshooting skills, with solid understanding of\nnetworking fundamentals.\n4. Hands-on experience with Shell scripting and Python for automation, with clean and\nmaintainable coding practices.\n5. Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure core services and cloud operations.\n6. Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments; multi-cloud experience is a plus.\n7. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments, including\ntroubleshooting, deployment, scaling, rollback, and operational support.\n8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application release automation.\n9. Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar monitoring / logging platforms.\n10. Good documentation habits and willingness to work with runbooks, SOPs, tickets,\nand change records.\n11.
