Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.\n Key responsibilities :\nDesign and implement process improvements and tools to increase team productivity and report accuracy.\nAttend onsite inspections to monitor inspector performance and adherence to client standards; document findings and recommend corrective actions.\nPrepare and deliver training sessions for inspectors on client-specific processes, checklists and reporting requirements.\nTranslate client requirements into clear operational instructions and checklists for internal teams.\nTrack KPIs to monitor the impact of your actions and drive improvements.\n Support ad-hoc projects aligned with team targets (e.g., quality assurance initiatives, digitalization pilots, workflow standardization).\nHelp maintain and update process documentation and training materials\nChampion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations, encouraging experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality.\n Final-year student or recent graduate (end-of-study internship) in disciplines such as Textile/Apparel/Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or a related field \nRelevant academic or internship experience in Softline (apparel, textiles, footwear)\nFluent English is required.\nComfortable with regular travel to client sites and factory locations.\nAnalytical mind with the ability to map processes, analyze data and propose actionable improvements.\nGood interpersonal skills; able to train inspectors and internal teams.\nProactive, dynamic, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo.\nAble to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional team.\nWillingness to consider continuing employment with the company after a successful internship.\n\n Craft the future - Start your journey at QIMA to REVEAL your potential!\nBecause our differences make the difference, at QIMA we are proud to promote inclusive diversity and equal opportunities!
