We centralize these functions to boost efficiency, maintain consistency, and drive growth across all regions.\n You will join us as M&A Origination Analyst Intern, reporting directly to the M&A Director, who is based in Europe.\n Main responsibilities\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nSourcing and screening potential acquisition targets across all continents, working with our appointed sourcing consultants and local business managers and using industry databases, networking, and other channels.\nTaking part in introductory meetings and pitching QIMA's projects to prospective sellers.\nHelping draft the business and financial memo on each potential target for presentation to senior management.\nPerforming financial analysis and taking part in Q&A sessions with financial advisers and target management teams.\nValuing targets and drafting letters of intent.\nMaintaining and updating our target and pipeline database throughout the sourcing and deal-execution stages.\n You are in your final year or on a gap year (\"césure\") at a top-tier business or engineering school and available for four to six months. Successful candidates will also be:\nProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work under limited supervision.\nAble to multi-task and run several acquisition projects in parallel.\nEnthusiastic and personable, with a positive attitude and a genuine team-player mindset.\nComfortable working in an international environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong listening skills.\nFluent in
