As an Operation Manager, you’ll be reporting to Global Operations Director and working as part of our China Operation team. You will be managing a perimeter of nearly 800 people covering our global Inspections Operations Process, from order reception to report submission. Your role in this will be to:

  • Leading a team of nearly 800 people, including different on-site branch managers, team leaders and back-office functions in China region.
  • Ensuring high performance of Inspections Operations, focusing on Productivity, Reactivity and Innovation.
  • Monitoring business KPIs and cost control.
  • Engage and grow a team of high potentials talents within your perimeter, to anticipate internal growth and new businesses’ integration.
  • Overseeing all aspects of Operations Excellence: from client claims and supplier relations to regulatory compliance and back-office processes supervision.
  • Delivering the highest standard of services quality while enhancing cost optimization measures to meet within budget.

First of all, we want someone who:

  • A degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or any related Education background.
  • 2-3Years of industry related experience related to global Retail, Quality Management, Manufacturing and in a role strongly exposed to performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization.
  • A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English.
