Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.\n As a PEO Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team. At QIMA, our Operations team is responsible for delivering industry-leading inspection services while ensuring all activities are performed according to QIMA standards. Your responsibilities will include:\nCheck emails daily to receive inspection schedules, documents, and guidelines;\nAttend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives;\nVerify finished goods quantity, packaging condition, carton integrity, assortment, labeling, and shipping marks according to client requirements and QIMA procedures;\nConduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as instructed;\nPrepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.\n Think you have what it takes? First of all, we want someone with:\nLocation: Hai Phong\n Experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or related manufacturing/warehouse operations (1 years or more preferred);\nFamiliarity with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment processes;\nBasic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures;\nGood command of English (spoken and written);\nStrong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.\n Does this describe you?
