PEO Quality Control Inspector (Part-time/ Freelance)

Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture.

As a PEO Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations team. At QIMA, our Operations team is responsible for delivering industry-leading inspection services while ensuring all activities are performed according to QIMA standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Check emails daily to receive inspection schedules, documents, and guidelines;
• Attend inspections on time and communicate professionally with suppliers and factory representatives;
• Verify finished goods quantity, packaging condition, carton integrity, assortment, labeling, and shipping marks according to client requirements and QIMA procedures;
• Conduct final shipment verification to ensure products are packed and prepared for export as instructed;
• Prepare and submit inspection reports accurately and within the required timelines.

Think you have what it takes? First of all, we want someone with:

• Location: New Delhi, Agra, Ahmedabad;
• Available for factory inspectionat least 2-3 days per week;
• Experience in packing inspection, shipment verification, or related manufacturing/warehouse operations (2 years or more preferred);
• Familiarity with packaging requirements, shipping marks, carton labeling, and export shipment processes;
• Basic knowledge of AQL standards and inspection procedures;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.
