We have a range of opportunities avaiable and welcome applications from all levels of experience.\nThe Role:\nAs a Cyber Specialist you will join a team providing cutting edge solutions in real-time operational mission environments .\nDay-to-day, you will be working within a team who work with the latest innovations, providing solutions to complex problems. Planning and executing advanced red team engagements, simulating real-world attack scenarios to assess and enhance the organisation's security posture.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nIdentifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in infrastructure, applications, and operational processes\nDeveloping realistic attack scenarios, leveraging tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) from real-world adversaries\nBypassing defensive measures such as firewalls, EDRs, IDS/IPS, and other security tools to compromise target systems\n\nEssential experience of the Cyber Specialist:\nA good understanding of national security expectations and personal security behaviours\nKnowledge of Windows security telemetry and associated evasion techniques ( Kernel Callbacks, Minifilter drivers, ETW Ti, etc.\nProficient understanding of Kernel and User-mode implant technology.\nExpertise in covert communication techniques for evading detection\nExperience in testing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations\nFamiliarity with common red team and offensive security tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike)\nIn-depth knowledge of Windows security internals and key security mechanisms (e.g., Credential Guard, Protected Process Light, etc.)\nDesirable experience for the Cyber Specialist:\nPrevious experience of working in a national security environment/culture\nDefence experience or experience of working in cultures driven by mission focus and expertise\nPrior experience of cyber operations\nAbility to understand synthetic environments, modelling and simulation\nPrevious war gaming experience\nEssential qualifications for the Cyber Specialist:\nOffensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE3)\nCREST Certified Red Team Specialist (CCRTS)\nWe value difference and we don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.\nThis role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern site and is fully on-site.
