The Role As an L2 Service Support Engineer you will be part of a highly technical, cross functional team providing support engineering as a service across multiple services and products lines within the QinetiQ managed service portfolio. Focusing exclusively on Customer it, this role forms a vital component of the UKI Service Operations support model. You will be working on a variety of infrastructures, tooling, software and hardware and bespoke systems with exposure to new emerging technologies. Day-to-day, you'll provide technical support, incident resolution, system maintenance and change implementation while working closely with customers, vendors and internal engineering teams.
