Join us as a 2nd Line Support Engineer at our customers Hereford site, where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in partnership with some of the most brilliant minds.\nThe Role\n As an L2 Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality 2nd line support across a diverse range of IT systems, infrastructure, applications and services. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed team supporting a major Ministry of Defence programme as QinetiQ embarks on an exciting new five-year contract.\nDay-to-day, you'll provide technical support, incident resolution, system maintenance and change implementation while working closely with customers, vendors and internal engineering teams.
