QinetiQ undertakes specification, design, procurement, development, integration and acceptance of the Test & Evaluation and Training Systems across the Maritime, Land, and Air domains. An opportunity exists to join the Weapons Services Delivery Team, supporting several programmes from cradle to grave.\nYou will be responsible for several Projects and tasked with ensuring our commitments to our internal and external stakeholders are met. Our projects have a diverse and complex stakeholder community, both internal and external to the company.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDelivery of assigned projects to time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction\nEngender a vibrant and inclusive project team dynamic, fostering a ‘can do’ approach\nPro-active Stakeholder management and relationship building\nDevelop clear and compelling customer proposals\nSupport the team with Follow-On Sales to support QinetiQ growth ambitions\nOpen, accurate and timely project reporting, both to internal management and external customers\nEssential experience of the Project Manager:\nExperience gained, typically rather than necessarily, between 2-3 years of professional experience with a project environment.\nDelivery of projects and programmes to time, cost, performance envelope\nDesirable qualifications for the Project Manager :\nHold a recognised PM qualification (APM or Prince2)\nWe value difference and we don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.\nThis role is 37 hours per week and is based out of our Bristol or Farnborough facilities on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week on average, onsite.\nBristol\nThe QinetiQ facility in Bristol is part of the company’s broader operation focused on defence and technology innovation.
