We actively welcome interest from individuals with relevant security clearance who may currently be working as:\nSystems Engineers\nDelivery Managers\nProduct Owners / Product Managers\nTechnical Leads\nProduct and Software Engineers\nOr similar roles with transferable experience\nIf you bring experience in leading teams, shaping requirements, delivering complex technology solutions, or working closely with stakeholders in secure or mission-critical environments, we would be keen to explore how your background could support our work.\nKey Responsibilities\nDepending on your background and level, your responsibilities may include:\nDelivering customer-focused advice and business analysis to support internal and external stakeholders\nUnderstanding and analysing stakeholder needs, and eliciting, capturing and managing requirements\nSupporting or leading the planning and delivery of acquisition, research or product development activities\nWorking as part of, or leading, multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions meet requirements\nTranslating business and operational needs into structured system requirements and constraints\nContributing to the identification and development of new customer opportunities\nSkills and Experience\nWe are particularly interested in candidates with:\nAbility to understand and analyse operational, user or mission needs\nExperience leading or working with technical experts and delivery teams to develop solutions\nStrong skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements definition\nSystems Engineering knowledge\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:\nCyber Defence\nCryptography (e.g. Crypt-Key)\nVulnerability Research\nCyber Exercising\nExperience gained in, or transferable from, adjacent roles with demonstrable ability to:\nDevelop products\nManage stakeholders\nShape requirements\nContribute to complex technical solutions in secure or high-assurance environments\nQualifications\nDegree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant technical or engineering discipline\nWorking towards or membership of a relevant professional body\nWe value difference and we don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.\nThis role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week.
